Not Your Classic Kale Chips

Unless you really hate leafy greens, you've probably heard of Kale Chips somewhere down the line. Over the past few years they have become the new it chip, and it's not very hard to understand why once you taste them. They can satisfy any salt craving while adding in some major nutrition. I don't know about you, but that is just the type of guilt free snack I need in my life come summer. Now I don't own a dehydrator, one day hopefully I'll have room for all the kitchen gadgets in the world, but until then my Kale Chips are baked. They loose a bit of the nutritional value but they are still crazy delicious.

When I make my kale chips I love to experiment with the flavor profile. Anything I have on hand really tends to get tossed on them. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but it is always interesting! Last week I decided to whip up a few new flavors in the kitchen. They all turned out equally delicious and will continue to be cooked up with kale. Below you will find my easy & delicious kale chip recipe for a classic salt & vinegar, spicy habanero, and french onion. Get ready to indulge in some guilt free snacking!
