For The Flexible Traveler

For The Flexible Traveler

As a few of you may know, our recent vacation got a bit derailed due to unexpected weather issues. Silly me forgot about this thing called hurricane season, and I ended up booking our vacation during what became one of the worst storms we've seen this year. Since our plans didn't work out, I am on a mission to book us an even better vacation for this coming spring. We don't really have a time frame in mind yet, and I've been struggling to narrow down our destination. Since we are pretty flexible, I've decided that we will select our week & destination depending on where we can find the best rates.

Dreading the idea of spending days running thousands of searches, I started to ask a few of my more well traveled friends for some advice. One of my lovely ladies recommended that we try out Fareness, a website that's aim is to help flexible travelers find deals without running a ton a searches. Pretty spot on for what I was looking for. I must say that if you are a somebody with a flexible schedule, Farness came in super helpful. While I will probably still run my own searches to find the best deals, I think that this site is perfect for people trying to identify how far out to book, which month & week might be most affordable, and which destinations have the best rates. If you are wondering what trip I'm leaning towards, I am currently smitten with the idea of heading to the Norway in the spring and exploring those areas of Europe. Here's to hoping I can convince Daniel!
