There is nothing more satisfying to me than making homemade granola. It's so easy to make delicious granola that I often wonder why I ever use to purchase it. One of my favorite things about making my own granola is that I get to control exactly what goes into it adding my own healthy ingredients as I go. Today I am sharing my favorite base recipe for a double coconut granola that can be customized with your favorite dried fruits and nuts. For an extra boost of nutrition add in chia seed once the granola has cooled.
