Today I'm sharing a company that will change the way little girls play with dolls. This topic may sound a little strange for this forum, but the Miss Possible mission is so incredible that I had to share it. The goal of these dolls is to give girls the same type of toys that you and I grew up with, but to use technology to expose young girls to strong role models in STEM fields. Each doll comes with a fun app that helps brings the doll to life through different story lines and activities. What I think is so great about this is that girls get an opportunity to learn through play, making educational activities seem like fun & games.
Right now Miss Possible has plans for three role model dolls, starting with a Marie Curie doll which will be available in January. The next two dolls will be Bessie Coleman and Ada Lovelace. As you can see, these dolls represent some incredibly meaningful women in history, and they are just the type of roll models the next generation needs to be exposed to. At $45 a doll, these are the perfect gift to give a special little girl in your life. I don't have any young girls in my life, but I so wish these were going to be ready for the holiday season. I think they would be an amazing gift to donate to a toy drive.
I'd love to hear what you guys think about the Miss Possible dolls. Is this something you could see the kids in your life playing with? If you'd like to learn more about the company and some of the other products they have to offer, be sure to check out their website. I hope you guys love this as much as I do!
